The Chester County Planning Commission has sent out a survey that you can do anonymously unless you ask for more information. You do have to enter the name of a HOA property. Here is a link to the survey that closes Feb 16, 2024. Please take the survey as a ham and let them know how you feel.

My take.
This is your chance to tell them that the HOAs are the biggest threats to homeowner rights in this country. Tell them that HOA rules do not supersede the FCC regulation and licensed Amateur Radio ops have a right to exterior antennas. Here is a legal site that confirms this idea.
